Delivery Information
Delivery is only available to Mainland UK customers at present.
Orders place before 12pm (midday) Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and should reach any Mainland UK address within 2 to 3 working days (Usually quicker) and UK Highlands and islands within 3 to 4 working days.
Orders placed on bank holidays or weekends will be processed the next working day.
We usually use DPD couriers although on occasion it may be necessary to use another reputable company. We use DPD where possible due to their great reputation for customer service and reliability.
We cannot accept responsibility for courier delays after your item has been dispatched.
FREE DELIVERY!
If your in post codes CO13, CO14, CO15 & CO16 we offer Free delivery at the checkout.
We keep most of the 15kg and 2 kg bags in stock and 7.5kg cat. Everything else will need to be pre-ordered or dropshipped (dropshipped items are subject to postage cost)
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. It may not be possible to cancel an order after 12pm (midday) as orders are usually processed and dispatched at this time.
Returns
All damaged and/or defective products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we are able to replace or refund the product for you. Photo’s and a description of the fault must be emailed to us at sovereignpetfood@hotmail.com as soon as possible.
We will also offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any product you are not happy with as long as it is unused, unopened and in such condition that it can be re-sold. Please be aware postage costs cannot be refunded and return postage is at cost to the sender.
